Hometown to Taste

On February 21 2020, the CCTV Science & Education channel "Explore · Discover" aired episode 17 of "Hometown to Taste". Through the perspective of chefs, Ni Qiuxiang, Liu Shunbao, Cheng Fayin, Wang Hengyu, Wang Chunrong and many other Yangzhou chefs appeared to introduce in detail the production techniques of Steamed Jadeite-like Shaomai Bun, Bean Curd with Flavorings, Wensi Tofu, Yangchun Plain Noodles, Yangzhou fried rice, and melon carving.
